Section 25(1) in The Bihar Intermediate Education Council Act, 1992
(1)The Joint Secretary shall be a whole-time officer. He shall be of the rank of Bihar Education Services Class I or Deputy Registrar of the University. He shall be appointed or deputed by the State Government. Joint Secretary shall work under the control of Secretary.
