Section 16 in Rajasthan State Commission for Backward Classes Act, 2017
16. Chairperson, Members and employees of the Commission to be Public servants.
- The Chairperson, Members and employees of the Commission shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act No. 45 of 1860).
