(2)The applicant shall deposit a non-refundable fee of rupees twenty-five thousand only for the minerals specified in Part "B" and Part "C" of the First Schedule to the Act and semi-precious stones and rupees ten thousand only for all other minerals through treasury challan under the Head of Account "0853-Non-Ferrous Mining and Metallurgical Industries 102-Mineral Concession Fees, Rents and Royalties".
