Section 20(2) in U.P. Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Rules, 2016
(2)The applicant shall apply to the Authority for permanent registration, in person, or by post or through web based online facility with the necessary information filled and with evidence of having met the requirements of minimum standards and personnel for different categories of Clinical Establishments in a form and format that shall be prescribed by the National COuncil under sections 24 and 25 of the Act.
