Section 92A(1) in U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1952
(1)R.G. Form 23 shall be bound in books of 50 forms each and the stock of these books shall be kept in the Treasury under double-lock from where these shall be withdrawn and supplied by the Treasury Officer to the Rehabilitation Grants Officer on receipt of indents from them. The Treasury Officer shall maintain a stock-book of R.G. Form 23 in the register in R.G. Form 10-A.
