Section 8(2) in The M.P. Treatment of Criminal Lunatics Confined in Prisons Rules, 2000
(2)The Board of Visitors referred to in sub-rule (1) above shall be set up under the provisions of Section 37 of the Mental Health Act, 1987 and the rules made thereunder insofar as they are not inconsistent with these rules.
