3. The present petition has been filed by the Petitioner praying for removal of the encroachment in front of his Shop No.14, New Subzi Mandi, Okhla, New Delhi by the Agriculture Produce Marketing Committee (hereinafter, "APMC").
4. It is submitted that the Petitioner has also made a complaint to the police, but to no avail. Needless to state, any encroachments in the subzi mandi which is run by the APMC would be removed with the cooperation of the local police. An action taken report be filed by the APMC within four weeks.
