Section 6(2) in Cochin Port Trust (Handling Freight Containers Carrying Dangerous or Hazardous Cargo) Regulations, 2019
(2)No cylinder containing gases compressed, liquefied or dissolved under pressure shall be permitted to be brought inside the port unless such cylinders are permitted for import or export by the Chief Controller of Explosives.
