(d)coordination between the Central Server of Central Record Keeping Agency, the Authorised Collection Centre (banks, etc.) and the offices of the Inspector General of Registration, the District Registrars, the Sub-Registrars or any other office or place in the State, as specified by the Chief Controlling Authority;
