18. Filling up of Casual Vacancies of Members (Co-opted), Zilla Praja Parishad.
- A casual vacancy occurring in the office of a Member (Co- opted) of a Zilla Praja Parishad shall be filled in an ordinary meeting of the Zilla Praja Parishad within a period of eight weeks from the date of occurrence of such vacancy and the procedure laid down in this Part shall apply in all other respects.
