Section 1 in Haryana Urban Development Authority General Provident Fund Rules, 2001
1. Short Title, Commencement and Application.
(1)These rules may be called the Haryana Urban Development Authority General Provident Fund Rules, 2001.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.(3)The employees, who opt for these rules, in form A appended to these rules, shall be governed by these rules.
