                     Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
                     India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent herein to
                     appoint an external audit agency having valid credentials to conduct an
                     investigation/audit and seek periodic status reports of the audit into the
                     software contract awarded by the first respondent to a London Based Firm
                     PSEB for the purpose of developing software for the spot exchange trading
                     platform and pass orders.
