Section 6(1) in The Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Madhya Pradesh Rules, 1981
(1)Where on receipt of the intimation under sub-rule (3), Rule 4, the registering officer is satisfied that an amount higher than the amount, which has been paid by the principal employer as fees for the registration of the establishment is payable, he shall require such principal employer to deposit a sum which, together with the amount already paid by such principal employer, would be equal to such higher amount of fees payable for the registration of the establishment and to produce receipt showing such deposit.
