Section 34U(2) in The Gujarat Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1963
(2)If in the opinion of the State Government the Board fails or neglects to perform such duty or obligation within the period so fixed for its performance, the State Government may by order supersede the Board and thereafter reconstitute the Board:Provided that no such order shall be made unless an opportunity is given to the Board to show cause against such order.
