53. Execution of agreement, etc.
- Every person shall -(a)at the time of his joining the initial course, execution an agreement in the formspecified in Schedule VI, and(b)on appointment as a member of the Force, make solemn affirmation in theform specified in Schedule VII and also receive a certificate of appointment in the form specified in the Schedule of the Act.
