2. The Petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.4941 of 2022, pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Sambalpur, arising out of Town P.S. Case No.481 of 2022, for commission of alleged offences under Sections 147/ 452/ 341/ 323/ 353/ 354/ 332/ 506/ 186/ 188/ 427/ 294/ 149 of IPC and U/s. 3 of PDPP Act/ U/s.7 of Crl. Law (Amendment) Act.
3. Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Spl.
Page 1 of 2Judge (Vig.) Sambalpur, by order dated 22.12.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.
4. This bail application stands disposed of in view of the judgment dated 10.02.2023 in BLAPL No.351 of 2023. The Petitioner herein is directed to be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on the terms set out in the said judgment dated 10.02.2023.
5. A photostat copy of the judgment dated 10.02.2023 in BLAPL No.351 of 2023 be kept on record.
6. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per the rules.
