13. Investment of fund.
- Where the moneys in the Fund are not required for being applied at an early date to the purposes of the Act, the same may be invested by the Board in any securities specified in clauses (a) to (d) and (f) of section 20 of the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 (Act No. II of 1882).
