Section 7(1) in Haryana Murrah Buffalo and Other Milch Animal Breed Rules, 2002
(1)The Board may associate with itself any person whose association or advice it may deem fit to take for carrying into effect any or all of its functions. Such person may take part in the proceedings of the Board but shall have no power to vote.
