Section 164(2) in Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018
(2)All appointments to the posts created under subsection (1) and transfer of the holders of such posts shall be made subject to the provisions of the Telangana Public Employment (Regulation of Age of Superannuation) Act, 1984, the Telangana (Regulation of Appointments to Public Services and Rationalization of Staff Pattern and Pay Structure) Act, 1994 and such rules as may be made under the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India.
