290. Layout plan for sanction of erection of hut or structure in a bustee.
- Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act, the Board of Councilors may require a person intending to erect a but or structure within a bustee or slum to conform to the layout plan as may be prepared by the Board of Councilors in respect of any bustee or slum or any part thereof.B.
