Section 26 in Mother Teresa Women's University Act, 1984
26. Annual Report:-
The annual report of the University shall be prepared by the Executive Council and shall be prepared by the Executive Council and shall be submitted to the Academic Committee on or before such date as may be prescribed by the statutes and shall be considered by the Academic Committee at its next annual meeting. The Academic Committee may pass resolutions thereon and communicate the same to the Executive Council which shall take action on accordance therewith. TheExecutive Council shall inform the Academic Committee of the action taken by it. A copy of the report with a copy of the resolutions thereon, if any, of the Academic Committee shall be submitted to the Government for information.
