(1)Before engaging a contractor, tender shall be invited, wherever required, in Form No. 2 by the Secretary of the Grama Panchayats which shall be notified in the notice board of the Grama Panchayat, copies of which shall also be communicated to the Panchayat Samiti, Sub-Collector and Collector.
