Section 28A(12) in The Rajasthan Subordinate Accounts Service Rules, 1963
(12)Where consultation with the Commission is necessary, the list prepared by the Committee shall be forwarded to the Commission by the Appointing Authority alongwith the Personal Files and Annual Confidential Rolls of all the persons whose names have been considered by the Committee.
