Section 148(2) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Orissa Legislative Assembly
(2)The form of the oath shall be as follows ;"I swear in the name of God (or solemnly affirm) that the evidence which I shall give in this case shall be true, that I will conceal nothing, and that no part my evidence shall be false".
