                                                JUDGMENT   JUSTICE SHRI.K.R.UDAYABHANU,PRESIDENT             The appellants are the opposite parties/Post office in CC.201/10 in the file of CDRF, Kozhikode.  The appellants/ opposite parties are under orders to pay Rs.1000/-  as compensation.

          2. It is the case of the complainant that he had faced certain problems while he was in Doha and he had addressed Mr. Vayalar Ravi, the concerned Union Minister vide registered letter and he did not get any acknowledgement.  He did not get any relief from the Minister's office also.

          3. It is the case of the opposite parties/appellants that the acknowledgement card was properly delivered.  It is also stated that registered letter was delivered on 27.7.09.

          4. The evidence adduced consisted of the testimony of PW1, RW1, and Exts. A1,  B1& B2.

          5. The grievances of the complainant is that he did not receive the acknowledgement card of the registered letter sent.  There is only assertion on the part of the appellant/ opposite party that the acknowledgement card has been delivered.  There is no objective evidence in this regard.  We find that there is no patent illegality in the order of the Forum.  There is no scope for admitting the appeal.  Hence the appeal is dismissed in-limine.
