Section 12(2) in The Tamil Nadu Beedi Industrial Premises (Regulation of Conditions of Work) Act, 1958
(2)The Government may prescribe the number of latrines and urinals to be provided in any beedi industrial premises in proportion to the number of male and female employees ordinarily employed therein and provide for such further matters in respect of sanitation in the beedi industrial premises including the obligation of employees in this regard, as they consider necessary in the interest of the health of the employees employed therein.
