Section 17A(1) in Karnataka Silkworm Seed Cocoon and Silk Yarn (Regulation of Production, Supply, Distribution and Sale) Act, 1959
(1)There shall be constituted in the State of Karnataka a fund called the Karnataka Silk Worm Cocoon and Silk Yarn Development and Price Stabilisation Fund.
