Section 30(2) in The United Provinces Minor Irrigation Works Act, 1920
(2)Where a lambardar is required to pay any sum under sub-section (1), all the provisions of law for the time being applicable to the recovery by him or by the Collector on his behalf of land revenue and remuneration fees from any third party shall apply to the recovery of sums from any third party liable for the same as if they were enacted in this Act.
