                                                            ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN,J.] This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the resolution No.162/2022 dated 04.05.2022 along with the proceedings before the Disciplinary Committee IV in D.C.C.No.87 of 2022 dated 20.10.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the first respondent on instructions submitted that the case pertaining to the petitioner herein has already been transferred to the Committee and hence, there is no requirement for this Court to pursue this matter.

3.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the Committee. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
