1. The matter has been listed as per the directions issued by Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice.
2. None for the respondents/accused.
3. A perusal of the proceeding sheets would show that proceedings under Sections 82/83 Cr.P.C were initiated against the respondents/accused on the ground that they were not traceable and the matter was adjourned sine die.
4. Mr. Satish Aggarwala, learned counsel for the appellant states that the concerned Investigating Officer shall serve a copy of today's proceedings upon the respondents/accused and a Status Report to that effect shall also be filed.
5. Mr. Satish Aggarwala, learned counsel for the appellant further states that status of the proceedings under Section 82/83 Cr.P.C shall be filed along with the Status Report before the next date of hearing. Let the same be This is a digitally signed order.
