(1)No child, shall be denied admission of elementary education in Government or local body schools.(2)No child shall be denied admission in any school on account of religion, race, caste, gender, language, place of birth or any of them.(3)The minimum age of admission in class-I shall ordinarily be 5 years on the day of commencement of the academic session.
