(12)"Government aided College" means a College which is under the pay packet schemes of the State Government and includes such other College which is in receiving either of periodical grants in any form or of land or sub-sidized lease land or of any other assistance from the State Government in any form and also includes Government Sponsored Colleges and Constituent Colleges;
