Section 12(1) in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land for Setting up of Power Plant based on Renewable Energy Sources) Rules, 2007
(1)Subject to the provisions of these rules, Power Producer shall adhere to the "Policy for promoting Generation of Electricity through non-conventional Energy Sources" as may be declared by the State Government from time to time.
