Section 1 in Bihar State Minorities Commission Act, 1991
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Bihar State Minorities Commission Act, 1991.(2)It shall extend to the whole of State of Bihar.(3)It shall come into force at once.
