Section 23(1) in The Rajasthan Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1969
(1)The cash equivalent of the advantage occurring through the concessional sale to an employee of food grains and other articles shall be computed at the end of every wage period fixed under the provisions of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 (Central Act 4 of 1936).
