Section 12(4) in Home Guards Organisation, (Departmental Examination) Rules, 2012
(4)A candidate who secure 80% (eighty per cent) or more aggregate marks in the examination shall be paid such amount in cash as an incentive, as may be determined by the Government from time to time.
