18. Notice for general body.
(1)On receipt of a notice either under sub-rule (2) or (3) of rule 17, the Managing Committee of the Farmers' Organisation shall convene a general body meeting within 20 days by giving 7 days prior notice of the date, time and place of the meeting and also agenda.(2)Notice may be sent by hand/post/publication/beat of tomtom and display on the Notice Board of the Organisation.
