Section 3(2) in Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2010
(2)The Chancellor, the Pro Chancellor, the Vice Chancellor, and the members of the Management Council, Board of Management, Academic Council, other authorities and officers and staff shall constitute the University.
