(4)On receipt of the notice referred to in sub-section (1), the State Government shall, in consolation with University Grant Commission, make such arrangement for administration of the University from the proposed date of dissolution of the "Bhagwant Global University" and until the last batch of students in regular course of studies in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statues.
