Section 5(1) in The Bihar Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Tribunal (Constitution and Procedure) Rules, 2002
(1)The members of the Tribunal shall normally be appointed for a period of two years from the date of their appointment:Provided that the period of appointment may be reduced or extended by the State Government.
