Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State who is armed with carbon copy of the case diary.

This application has been filed for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 69/2011 pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 366A, 376G and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is one of the named accused in this case with allegation of getting the informant cum deceased brought at her house with aid of other co-accuseds and in association with another all the four including the petitioner committed gang rape upon her administered some medicine. Anyhow she could reach at hospital where after recording her statement during treatment she succumbed to the injuries sustained.

Having regard to the all such facts and circumstances, prayer of regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. Simultaneously, court concerned are directed to proceed expeditiously.
