(1)Every licence, written permission, notice, bill, summons or other document, which is required by this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder to bear the signature of the Chief Officer of the Municipality or any other officer of the Municipality, shall be deemed to be properly signed, if it bear a facsimile of the signature of the Chief Officer or such officer, as the case may be, and stamped thereupon.
