17. Meetings of Committees.
(1)Subject to sub-regulation (2), these regulations shall apply mutatis mutandis to the meetings of Committees of the Governing Board.(2)Fifty percent of Members of the existing strength of the Committee shall constitute quorum for meetings of the Committee.
