1. The matter was called no one appeared for the applicants M/s Steel Authority of India Ltd. (SAIL). Shri V.K. Chaturvedi, learned SDR submits that the requisite clearance from the Committee on the Dispute to pursue the appeal with the Tribunal has been filed by the appellants.
2. In view of the above position the Tribunal's Order closing the matter for statistical purposes is recalled and the Stay Application and the appeal main itself are posted for hearing on 18th May, 2001. Issue notice. Let a copy of this Order be supplied to both the sides.
