Section 20(3) in M.P. Abolition of Proprietary Rights (Estates, Mahals, Alienated Lands) Act, 1950
(3)On receipt of such reference, the Settlement Commissioner may, after hearing the debtor, if necessary, pass an order specifying the Claims Officer who shall deal with the case and send a copy of his order to all Claims Officers concerned directing them to forward all papers of the case of the debtor to the Claims Officer specified by him.
