(6)In case appropriate category of Ex-serviceman and Physically handicapped persons are not available in a recruitment year to fill up the posts reserved for them, the vacant posts would be carried forward to the next recruitment year. If no suitable candidate is available in the second recruitment year, the vacant post will again be carried forward to the third recruitment year.
