1. This is an application filed by the defendants seeking condonation of delay of 89 days in filing the written statement and affidavit of admission/denial of documents.
2. Issue notice.
3. Learned counsel for the plaintiff accepts notice and states that he has no objection to the delay being condoned.
4. For the reasons stated in the application the delay is condoned, the application is allowed.
5. Written statement and affidavit of admission/denial of document is directed to be taken on record.

6. This is an application filed by the plaintiff under Order XI, Rule 1(1)(5) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 and Rule 11 of High Court of Delhi Rules governing Patent Suits, 2022 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') seeking following reliefs:
"6. In light of the above facts and circumstances, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may direct:
i. the Plaintiff to file the negotiation history between Nokia and Acer under password protected electronic form, and ii. the Plaintiff, Defendant/s, their advocate/s, and representative/s to maintain the confidentiality of these documents in terms of the existing NDA between Nokia and Acer, and iii. these documents are kept confidential under the protective seal of the Hon'ble Court in electronic form, until directed to be returned to the Plaintiff."
7. Issue notice.
8. Learned counsel for the defendant accepts notice and states that he has no objection to the application.
9. The documents are taken on record without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the defendant with respect to relevance and admissibility. The defendant shall file an affidavit of admission/denial of documents within two (2) weeks.
10. Accordingly, the application is allowed.
I.A. 27813/202511. This is an application filed by the plaintiff for placing on record additional documents enlisted at paragraph 3 of the application.
12. Learned senior counsel for the plaintiff states that the additional documents enlisted at sl. no. 3 is a test report and the plaintiff seeks liberty to file this test report in a pen-drive.

14. Learned counsel for the non-applicant/defendants accepts notice.
15. He states that he has no objection to the documents being taken on record without prejudice to its rights and contentions with respect to admissibility and relevance.
16. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.
17. The additional documents are directed to be taken on record.
18. Liberty is granted to the plaintiff to file the additional document enlisted at sl. no. 3 by way of a pen-drive; the defendant will file its affidavit of admission/denial of the documents within two (2) weeks.
19. With the aforesaid directions, the application is allowed.
I.A. 15142/202520. This is an application filed under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
21. Learned senior counsel for the plaintiff states that in view of the order passed in I.A. 27793/2025, the plaintiff seeks liberty to file its unredacted rejoinder in a password protected e-file. It is ordered accordingly.
22. Learned counsel for the defendant states that the license agreements have been furnished to the members of the confidentiality club on or about 04.11.2025 and the defendant seeks an opportunity to peruse those documents.
