Section 42 in The Manual of Procedure for Alternative Disputes Resolution 2009 to be Used by the Courts in the State of Rajasthan as Well as by the Arbitrators for Disposal of Cases
42. Award shall be deemed final.
- Unless the law applicable directs otherwise all awards rendered shall be deemed final and not subject to review or appeal, but it may subject to review of the Court on the grounds available in law.
