Section 81 in Sikkim Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1983
81. Repeal and savings.
(1)All the notifications, rules, regulations and orders relating to shops and establishments in Sikkim in force immediately before the commencement of this Act are hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under, the notifications, rules, regulations, orders, on the subject, shall be deemed to have been done or taken, as far as may be, under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
