Section 19(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Requisition of Immovable Property Act, 1987
(1)The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that the powers except those under sections 11, 12 and 24 exercisable by it under this Act shall, in such circumstances and under such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the notification, be exercisable also by an officer subordinate to that Government.
